摘要
文章从企业战略管理视角入手,对差异化竞争战略的核心理念与优势进行总结,以国内某企业为例,对企业战略管理视角下塑料、橡胶化工企业的差异化运营战略进行分析,从产品结构调整、市场营销方案优化、人才引进与能力培养等视角对该企业差异化战略的实施与控制进行了分析,旨在为我国塑料橡胶加工企业顺应时代发展提供借鉴。
From the perspective of enterprise strategic management,this paper summarizes the core concepts and advantages of differentiated competition strategy.Taking a domestic company as an example,this paper analyzes the differentiated operation strategy of plastic and rubber chemical enterprises in terms of enterprise strategic management,and analyzes the implementation and control of the enterprise’s differentiated strategies from the aspects of product structure adjustment,marketing scheme optimization,talent introduction and ability training,in order to provide reference for China’s plastic and rubber processing enterprises to comply with the development of the times.
