五产区间黑果枸杞甜菜碱的含量测定及比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 旨在建立黑果枸杞Lyciumruthenicum药材甜菜碱含量HPLC测定方法,并对以青海省为主的五产区黑果枸杞质量控制和品质评价提供一定的科学依据.采用Luna HILIC(100×4.6 mm, 5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-水(85∶15);体积流量1 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长195 nm;进样量5μL,建立黑果枸杞甜菜碱含量测定方法并测定样品中甜菜碱含量,通过比较不同产地黑果枸杞以及混伪品植物中的甜菜碱含量,对黑果枸杞进行质量评价.结果表明,黑果枸杞中甜菜碱平均含量为(0.66±0.20) g/100 g,含量范围是0.23~1.31 g/100 g,五大产区中中青海省黑果枸杞甜菜碱含量最高、品质较好,为(0.73±0.23) g/100 g. The purpose of this experiment was toestablish a method for the determination of betaine in Lyciumbarbarum L.by HPLC,and to provide a scientific basis for quality control and quality evaluation of Lyciumbarbarum L.in five producing areas.The LunaHILIC(100×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(85∶15),the flow rate was 1 mL,the temperature was 30 °C,the detection wavelength was 195 nm, and the injection volume was 5 μL.Themethod for determination ofbetaine content in Lyciumbarbarum L.was established and the content in samples was determined.The quality of Lyciumbarbarum was evaluated by comparing the betaine content in Lyciumbarbarum and adulterants from different areas.The results proved that the average content of betaine in Lyciumbarbarum L.was(0.66 ±0.20)g/100 g ranging from 1.31/100 g to 0.23 g/100 g.The content of betaine in Lyciumbarbarum L.in Qinghai province was the highest(0.73 ±0.23) g/100 gand the quality was the best.
