利用赤霉素生产菌渣制备生物乙醇

摘要 为有效解决赤霉素菌渣大量积累造成的处理成本高等问题,实现菌渣的资源化利用,利用水热液化技术对菌渣进行预处理,并将固液比为m(菌渣粉末)∶V(水)=1 g∶10 mL,在140℃处理30 min后所得的水相产物用于培养高酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae CCTCC M94055)。考察了葡萄糖添加量和培养时间对S.cerevisiae CCTCC M94055产乙醇的影响。结果表明:葡萄糖添加量为20 g/L时,培养24 h后菌体量与YPD培养基培养所得生物量几乎一致。向水解液中添加200 g/L葡萄糖培养约36 h可以达到最大乙醇产量(约5.3%)。因此,赤霉素生产菌渣低温水热液化的水相产物能够作为培养基成分被S.cerevisiae CCTCC M94055利用以生产乙醇。同时,水热液化技术可以用于菌渣的处理并实现其资源化利用。 As a widely applied plant growth regulator,the production of gibberellin will accumulate large quantity of residues which needs to be carefully treated.For efficient utilization of the gibberellin residue,the residue was pretreated by hydrothermal liquefaction technology.After treated at 140 ℃ with a solid-liquid ratio 1 g∶10 mL for 30 min,the aqueous phase was used for ethanol fermentation with Saccharomyces cerevisiae CCTCC M94055.The effect of glucose concentration and cultivation time on growth and ethanol production of S.cerevisiae CCTCC M94055 was investigated.The data indicated that after incubated for 24 h,the biomass obtained from the lysate supplemented with 20 g/L glucose was almost the same as that from the YPD medium.The maximal ethanol yield was achieved with 200 g/L glucose after 36 h of fermentation.Therefore,the lysate of hydrothermal liquefied gibberellin residue can be applied in the cultivation of S.cerevisiae CCTCC M94055 for ethanol production.Moreover,hydrothermal liquefaction may serve as a promising method for the treatment and utilization of microbial fermentation residues.
