摘要
定量送粉器是选择性激光烧结设备的关键部件,送粉器计量不准确将导致烧结失败.基于TRIZ理论的功能分析、因果轴分析、矛盾分析、资源分析对定量送粉器计量不准确的问题进行了深入研究.采用裁剪工具、发明原理、物场模型及其标准解等从不同角度提出了18种解决问题的方案.经过综合评价,创新设计了一种最佳送粉器结构,巧妙地解决了定量送粉器计量不准确的问题,降低了成本,该设计具有一定的推广应用价值.
Quantitative powder feeder is a key component of selective laser sintering equipment,and inaccurate dosing of the feeder may lead to sintering failure.Based on the tools of TRIZ theory such as functional analysis,cause-effect axis analysis,contradiction analysis and resource analysis,an in-depth analysis of the causes of the inaccurate measurement of the quantitative powder feeder is carried out.18 solutions to the problem are proposed from different perspectives by using cutting analysis,invention principle,material field model and its standard solutions.After the comprehensive evaluation of the solutions,the best structure of the powder feeder is innovatively designed,and the problem of inaccurate metering is cleverly solved and the cost is reduced,which has the value of promotion and application.
