汉语国际教育专业实习者跨文化适应问题及对策研究——以陕西理工大学赴泰国实习生为例

摘要 汉语国际教育专业实习者赴泰进行汉语教学,会因文化距离、文化态度及语言等因素的影响而出现跨文化适应的问题。从一般性适应、工作性适应和交际性适应三方面阐述此问题,结合实习经验加以分析并提出对策,以促进赴泰实习的顺利开展。 Practitioners in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of other Languages who go to Thailand to teach Chinese will face the problem of cross-cultural adaptation due to the influence of cultural distance,cultural attitudes and language.This paper explores the above issues from general adaptation,work adaptation and communicative adaptation,puts forward some countermeasures combined with the practice experience in order to promote the smooth development of internship in Thailand.
