基于扎根理论的高校创业教育基于扎根理论的高校创业教育“融入式”课程体系——以金融学专业为例

摘要 严峻的就业形势要求高校必须高度重视创业教育。结合社会经济、专业、具体课程等实际情况,将创业教育融入课程教学中,对于提升大学生创业意愿和创业能力意义重大。基于扎根理论,从课程具体内容出发,分析创业教育融入课程体系的实践原则和基本路径。以金融学专业为例,从第一课堂和第二课堂两个方向设计了创业教育“融入式”课程体系,为进一步优化高校的创业教育、提升创业教育效果提供参考。 The severe employment situation requires colleges and universities to attach great importance to entrepreneurship education,and integrate entrepreneurship education into curriculum teaching based on the actual conditions of social economy,specialties and specific courses,which is of great significance to enhancing college students’ entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial ability.Under the framework of grounded theory,this paper analyzes the practical principles and basic paths of integrating entrepreneurship education into the curriculum system from the specific content of the curriculum.Taking the finance specialty as an example,the entrepreneurial education“integrated”curriculum system was designed from the first classroom and the second classroom,and the finance specialty of Anhui Xinhua College was used as an example to demonstrate the implementation effect of the curriculum system,which provides reference for further optimizing the entrepreneurial education of colleges and universities and enhancing the effect of entrepreneurial education.
