番茄种子超重力处理对干旱胁迫的响应 被引量:1

摘要 以番茄种子为材料,研究番茄种子经不同超重力水平处理后对干旱胁迫的响应。结果表明,相同程度的干旱胁迫下,不同超重力水平处理番茄种子,其生理指标均有差异,所设置的处理中以2 000×g、2 h超重力处理表现最好,幼苗生物量、叶绿素含量、根系活力均高于干旱胁迫处理,同时丙二醛含量低于干旱胁迫处理,说明超重力处理种子在一定程度可以提高植物的耐旱能力。 Tomato seeds were used as materials to study the response of tomato seeds to drought stress after being treated with different hypergravity levels. The results showed that under the same degree of drought stress, the physiological indexes of tomato seeds treated with different high gravity levels were different, with 2 000 × g, the performance of 2 h high gravity treatment was the best,the seedling biomass, chlorophyll content and root activity were higher than those of drought stress treatment, and the malondialdehyde content was lower than that of drought stress treatment, indicating that the seeds of high gravity treatment can improve the drought tolerance of plants to a certain extent.
