电能与燃煤烘烤烟叶对比试验研究

摘要 为了探讨电能和燃煤烘烤的效果,砚山县江那烟站实施了电能与燃煤烘烤烟叶对比试验,探索2种能源烘烤烟叶时温湿变化、能耗成本、人工成本及对烤后烟叶经济效益的影响。结果表明,电能烘烤在温湿度控制、提升烤烟质量、降低能耗、节省人工烘烤成本和环境保护等方面具有明显优势。针对今后推广应用电能烘烤方面的一些问题,提出了相应的对策。 In order to explore the effect of electric energy and coal curing, a comparative test of electric energy and coal curing tobacco was carried out in Jiangna Tobacco Station of Yanshan County, to explore the temperature and humidity change, energy consumption cost, labor cost and influence on economic benefit of cured tobacco. The results show that electric baking has obvious advantages in temperature and humidity control, improving quality of flue-cured tobacco, reducing energy consumption, saving artificial baking cost and environmental protection. In view of some problems in the future popularization and application of electric baking, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
