食用菌免瓶袋筐栽体系建设探究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 针对使用塑料袋生产食用菌的机械化生产难度大、工序多、效率低和故障率高等一系列问题,文章创设出可应用于平菇、毛木耳、香菇和金针菇等多种食用菌生产的栽培容器——食用菌免瓶袋筐栽体系,实现平菇等食用菌生产过程的全氧发菌和全程宜机,并在此基础上建立3种出菇模式及对应的采菇机,实现规模化养殖和采摘,从而提质增效。 In view of a series of problems such as difficulty in mechanized production, multiple processes, low efficiency and high failure rate in the production of edible fungi by using plastic bags, a cultivation container for the production of ostreatus ostreatus, auricularia, lentinus edodes and flammulina velutidae, "edible fungi bottle-free bag basket cultivation system" is created, and realized the whole process of oxygen generation of edible fungi such as ostreatus in this paper. On this basis, three kinds of mushroom producing modes and corresponding mushroom picking machines are established to realize large-scale breeding and picking, so as to improve quality and efficiency.
