山东临朐县果农参与订单农业的风险与对策探析

Risks and Countermeasures of Fruit Farmers Participating in Contract Agricultural Production in Linqu County

随着我国农业现代化发展进程的加快,订单农业得到了快速的发展。文章以山东省潍坊市临朐县果农参与订单农业为例,分析了临朐县果农参与订单农业的现状,指出了临朐县果农参与订单农业具有产品优势、区位优势和政策优势等有利条件,分析了当前订单农业所面临的签订双方履约率低和质量等级纠纷等问题提出应当加强农户与企业之间的交流、设立订单保底价格和发挥政府的调控作用等相应的对策建议。

With the acceleration of China’s agricultural modernization, contract agriculture has developed rapidly. Taking Linqu County as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of Linqu County fruit farmers’ participation in contract agriculture,and points out that Linqu County fruit farmers’ participation in contract agriculture has advantages such as product advantages, location advantages and policy advantages, analyzes the problems faced by the current contract agriculture, such as the low performance rate and quality grade disputes between the signing parties, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, such as strengthening the communication between farmers and enterprises, setting up the minimum order price and giving full play to the regulatory role of the government.
