摘要
猪肉是我国主要的肉类消耗品种,近年来随着居民生活品质的提升和生态观念的觉醒,生态猪需求量大增,要想提高猪肉的供给品质,让居民吃上绿色优质、健康安全的生态猪肉,便要从源头处将关口把好。尤其要将健康养殖理念的贯彻以及疾病预防技术的践行视为重中之重,文章基于淮北地区生态猪养殖实际,分析了健康养殖及疾病预防技术的应用要点。
Pork is the main meat consumption variety in China. In recent years, with the improvement of residents’ quality of life and the awakening of ecological concept, the demand for ecological pigs has increased greatly. In order to improve the supply quality of pork and let residents eat green, high-quality, healthy and safe ecological pork, it is necessary to focus on the source. In particular, the implementation of the concept of healthy breeding and the practice of disease prevention technology should be regarded as the top priority. Based on the practice of ecological pig breeding in Huaibei area, this paper analyzes the application points of healthy breeding and disease prevention technology.
