As an important economic crop in China, sweet maize has been growing in recent years, which plays a positive role in improving farmers’ economic income and optimizing agricultural production structure. This paper briefly summarizes the key points of high-yield cultivation techniques of sweet maize and puts forward the key points of pesticide use in combination with the analysis of the types of diseases and pests and the problems of pesticide use, so as to provide reference for the development of relevant production management work and play a positive role in promoting the production efficiency and quality of sweet maize.
