摘要 外泌体是细胞活化或凋亡过程中释放的含多种细胞特有的蛋白质、脂质和核酸的细胞外囊泡亚型,在不同的生理和病理过程中发挥细胞间通讯介质的作用。随着近年来研究的深入,血小板外泌体在心血管疾病中的作用受到了广泛的关注。本文就血小板源性外泌体(platelet-derived exosomes)在动脉粥样硬化血栓形成中的作用,以及血小板外泌体作为动脉粥样硬化性血栓性疾病诊断和治疗的生物标志物的潜在作用及需要解决的问题进行综述。 Exosomes are subtypes of extracellur vesicles containing a variety of cell-specific proteins, lipids and nucleic acids released during cell activation or apoptosis, and play the role of intercellur communication mediators in different physiological and pathological processes. With the development of research in recent years, the role of platelet-derived exosomes in cardiovascular diseases has attracted extensive attention. This paper reviews the role of platelet-derived exosomes in atherosclerotic thrombosis and the potential role of platelet-derived exosomes as biomarkers for the diagnosis and treatment of atherosclerotic thrombotic disease and the problems to be solved.
