冲洗溢流阀阀芯配合间隙对保压特性影响研究

摘要 冲洗溢流阀是闭式液压系统的重要组成部分,SDVB50冲洗溢流阀通流量大,工作压力高,导致结构尺寸大,设计难度大。本文介绍了SDVB50冲洗溢流阀中溢流阀部件的组成与功能,对阀内四节同心部件的配合间隙导致的溢流保压过程中掉压现象进行了分析。通过AMESIM仿真和试验结果表明,当四节同心阀芯阀套配合间隙调整为0.02 mm左右,溢流阀保压阶段压力会出现掉压现象,但测试3 min后,压降出现止跌回升。本文的研究对多节同心的液压元件配合间隙的设计具有显著的指导意义,指导间隙的给定平衡了产品性能和零件加工的成本重要性。 The flushing relief valve is an important part of the closed hydraulic system.The SDVB50 flushing relief valve has large flow,large structure size and high working pressure,which makes the design difficult.This paper introduces the composition and function of the overflow valve components in SDVB50 flushing relief valve,and analyzes the pressure drop phenomenon caused by the fit clearance of four concentric components in the valve.The AMESim simulation and experimental results show that when the fit clearance of the four concentric spool valve is about 0.02 mm,the pressure drop phenomenon will appear in the pressure maintaining stage of relief valve,but the pressure drop will stop and rise after 3 minutes of test.The research in this paper has significant guiding significance for the design of the multi-section concentric hydraulic component fitting clearance.The given guidance clearance balances the importance of product performance and the cost of parts processing.
