摘要
目的:探讨基于整合行为模式的健康指导对孤独症儿童家庭功能、照顾者育儿自我效能及疾病感知的影响。方法:便利抽取温州医科大学附属第二医院育英儿童医院确诊的60例孤独症儿童照顾者为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规的健康宣教指导,干预组给予整合行为模式框架下的健康干预指导。采用家庭功能量表、育儿自我效能感测量工具、简易版疾病感知问卷量表评价家庭功能、育儿自我效能和疾病感知。结果:干预6个月后干预组的家庭功能各维度均优于对照组(P<0.001),干预组育儿效能感的情感与感情、压力维度显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组的疾病感知差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于整合行为模式的健康指导可改善孤独症儿童家庭功能状态和照顾者的育儿自我效能,但对疾病感知效果有待进一步探讨。
Objective:To explore the effect of integrated behavioral model-based health education on family function,autism caregivers’parenting self-efficacy,and illness perception.Methods:A total of 60 caregivers of autistic children were selected using convenient sampling method from a tertiary hospital in Wenzhou,Zhejiang Province.They were randomly divided as the intervention group and control group,with 30 cases in each.The control group was given routine health education,and the intervention group was given integrated behavioral model-based health education.A family assessment device(FAD),a tool to measure parenting selfefficacy(TOPSE),and a brief illness perception questionnaire were used to assess family function,parenting selfefficacy,and illness perception.Results:After 6 months of intervention,each dimension of the family function in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001),and the scores of both affective and emotional subscales and pressure subscale of TOPSE in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in illness perception between the two groups.Conclusion:Integrated behavioral model-based health education can improve the family functional and parenting self-efficacy of caregivers of autistic children,but the effect on illness perception needs to be further explored.
