摘要
受信息技术的发展及新冠疫情等因素的影响,目前越来越多的大学生选择通过网络的方式进行学习,网络学习中的知识共享行为对于知识的传播、创新、交流与利用,以及学习效果的提升有着重要影响,因此探究影响网络学习知识共享的关键因素对于促进大学生在网络学习中效果具有十分重要的作用。本研究针对北京中医药大学的在校本科大学生使用微信学习群为例,利用问卷调查来完成收集数据的工作,运用偏最小二乘结构方程模型对影响网络学习空间知识共享意愿和共享行为的内部和外部因素进行研究。通过研究发现,愉悦、自我效能、社交对网络学习空间的知识共享意愿具有显著的正向影响;共享意愿对知识共享行为具有显著的正向影响,并就此提出了促进大学生网络学习空间知识共享的意见和建议。
Influenced by the development of information technology,COVID-19 and other factors,more and more college students choose to study on the Internet.The knowledge sharing behavior in e-learning has a strong influence on the dissemination,innovation,communication and utilization of knowledge as well as the enhancement of learning effect.Therefore,exploring the key factors affecting knowledge sharing in e-learning plays a very important role in promoting the effect of college students in e-learning.Taking the WeChat learning group of students in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as an example,this study conducted a questionnaire to collect data,and applied the partial least squares structural equation model to study the internal and external factors affecting the willingness and behavior of knowledge sharing in e-learning space.The findings show that pleasure,self-efficacy and social contact have a significant positive impact on the willingness of knowledge sharing in e-learning space;sharing aspiration has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior.The paper also proposes some suggestions to promote knowledge sharing in college students’e-learning space.
