学术沙龙在研究生教育中的师生双向应用研究——以南昌大学第一附属医院骨科医院为例

摘要 随着全球多元化的发展和研究生教育成为培养我国精英人才的重要手段,传统的教育模式已经越来越无法满足高等教育的需要,为了更好的有效提高研究生教育质量,探索一种新型教育模式尤其重要。学术沙龙作为其中的一种内容丰富、形式灵活的教育方式成为研究生教育的新型有效途径之一。南昌大学第一附属医院骨科医院把学术沙龙作为研究生教学的主要课程,至今已举办了20年。分析了骨科沙龙的运作与绩效,并对未来的学术沙龙作了修正与规划。该沙龙提升了骨科研究生的综合素质和医生的教学水平,起到了促进教与激励学的双向作用,是促进学科医疗、教学和科研共同发展的新型有效措施。 With the development of global diversification,postgraduate education has become an important means of cultivating elites in our country.As the traditional education model has been unable to meet the needs of higher education,it is very important to explore new types of education in order to effectively improve the quality of postgraduate education.As one of the educational methods with rich content and flexible forms,the academic salon have become one of the new effective ways of postgraduage education.The academic salon has been operated as a course in Orthopedic Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University for 20 years.This paper reviewed and analyzed the operation and performance of the orthopedic salon,and also made improvements and plans for the future.The academic salon has improved the comprehensive quality of orthopedic postgraduates and the teaching level of doctors,which has played a two-way role in promoting teaching and stimulating learning.It is a new and effective measure to promote the joint development of medical,teaching and scientific research.
