中西医结合院前急救公共选修课常用急救技术Ⅰ的实施与评价

Teaching and evaluation of Emergency Care Technique Ⅰ: An elective course of pre-hospital emergency of Chinese and Western integrative medicine

使用自设的评价表及自我反思小结评价中西医结合院前急救公共选修课常用急救技术Ⅰ的教学效果。除“对常用中医急救方法有了一定的了解”和“对常见急症的中医救治方法有了一定的了解”两题外,其他各项好评率均在90%以上。178人(31.3%)建议增加实践课,尤其是中医常用急救部分的操作课课时。学生对出现紧急情况时时间的紧迫性及应对策略、生命的意义、肩负的责任和中医在院前急救中的作用等方面都有一些反思。不仅有助于学生掌握院前急救的知识与技能,而且培养了学生紧急应对的心理素质,树立救死扶伤的职业道德。今后应进一步探讨如何更好地将中医院前急救知识及技能融入到院前急救课程中。

This paper is designed to evaluate Emergency Care Technique Ⅰ,a common elective course of pre-hospital emergency of Chinese and Western integrative medicine by self-designed course evaluation form and reflective summary.Except for the two questions regarding the first aid of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),over 90%students chose very good/good or strongly agree/agree for other items.178 students(31.3%)suggested extending practice hours,especially the practice hours for the first aid of TCM.In students’reflective summaries,students reflected on emergency situations and the responding strategies,the meaning of life,the responsibilities as medical student,as well as the important roles of TCM in pre-hospital emergency care.We concluded that the teaching of this course can not only help students master knowledge and skills of pre-hospital emergency care,but also cultivate their psychological quality in the face of emergencies,establish their professional ethics of saving lives.Future research should focus on how to integrate the first aid of TCM into pre-hospital emergency care.
