护理学基础课程实验室开放学生满意度和需求调查

Investigation on nursing students’satisfaction and needs of laboratory opening of basic nursing courses

摘要 目的了解中医药院校护理专业学生对护理学基础实验项目课后开放的满意度和需求情况。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对完成护理学基础课程相关实验室开放的2018级全体护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果98.2%的学生认为实验室开放对护理专业的学生来说很必要,而且学生课后开放练习的意愿较强;96.9%的学生对实验室课后开放满意;50%以上的学生认为实验开放提高了自己的实践操作能力、团队协作能力和自我学习自我管理能力;学生建议“抽吸药液”“头皮静脉输液法”“留置导尿术”3个实验项目开放时的小组人数分别设置为(3.87±1.25)人、(3.19±1.02)人、(3.07±0.98)人更合适;此外24人次希望进一步完善开放安排和管理制度,10人次提出希望开放更多时间和机会,10人次希望增加教师或助管的现场指导,学生还有其他方面的需求。结论学生对护理学基础实验开放整体满意度较高,实验室开放得到了学生的认可。但需要进一步关注学生的需求,合理安排实验项目的开放时长和小组人数,完善开放管理制度,提高实验室开放管理水平,为学生提供更多练习机会、环境、条件,为培养高素质护理人才提供有力保障。 Objective This paper aims at investigating nursing students’satisfaction and needs of laboratory opening to basic nursing projects after class.Methods Based on cluster sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted on laboratory opening of basic nursing courses to all 2018 nursing undergraduates who completed their experiments in the laboratory.Results 98.2%students thought that laboratory opening was necessary for nursing students,and the students were willing to do experiments in the laboratory after class.96.9%students were satisfied with laboratory opening after class.Over 50%students thought that laboratory opening improved their practical ability,cooperative ability,self-learning and self-managing ability.Students suggested that the proper size of each group for“suction medicine liquid”,“scalp intravenous infusion”and“indwelling catheterization”should be(3.87±1.25)persons,(3.19±1.02)persons and(3.07±0.98)persons respectively.In addition,24 students hoped to improve the arrangement and management during laboratory opening;10 students hoped the laboratory should open more times and provide more opportunities for students to practice;10 students hoped to increase the on-site guidance from teachers or assistants.Conclusions The laboratory opening is recognized by students and their overall satisfaction degree is high.However,it is necessary to consider the needs of students,properly arrange the opening time and group number,improve the level of management,provide students with more opportunities and conditions to practice,all of which will ensure the cultivating of high-quality nursing talents.
