内侧腓肠肌-跟腱复合体形态学和力学特性的性别差异研究 被引量:2

Differences in morphological and mechanical properties of medial gastrocnemius-achilles tendon unit between males and females

摘要 旨在探讨体内侧腓肠肌-跟腱复合体的形态学和力学特性的性别差异。招募并选取无训练经历且无规律运动习惯的健康男性和女性各18名。使用超声系统和数字化触诊仪分别测量或间接计算内侧腓肠肌和跟腱的形态学和力学特性。采用独立样本t检验以及Mann-Whitney U检验分析内侧腓肠肌和跟腱的形态学和力学特性的性别差异。结果表明:相比于女性,男性的内侧腓肠肌羽状角、厚度均更大,但是肌束长度无显著性别差异;相比于女性,男性的跟腱长度更长且跟腱横截面积更大;相比于女性,男性的内侧腓肠肌垂直刚度较大,对数衰减值较小;跟腱的垂直刚度和对数衰减值无显著性别差异。据此,内侧腓肠肌-跟腱复合体的形态学和力学特性具有显著性别差异。 This study aimed to explore whether there are sex-based differences in the morphological and mechanical properties of the gastrocnemius muscle-tendon unit(gMTU).We recruited 18 healthy male and 18 healthy female adults with no training experience or no regular exercise habits.The ultrasonography system and digital MyotonPro were used to measure the architectural and mechanical properties of the gMTU,respectively.An independent t-test was utilized to quantify the sex-based differences in the morphological and mechanical properties of the gMTU.The results are as follows:The MG pennation angle and thickness were greater in the males than in the females,while no significant gender difference was observed in MG fascicle length;the males possessed greater length and CSA of the AT than females;the females possessed lower MG vertical stiffness and greater logarithmic decrement than the males;and there was no significant difference in AT vertical stiffness and logarithmic decrement between the males and the females.Thus,morphological and mechanical properties of the gMTU significantly differ between the two genders.
