摘要
以高职生为研究对象,采用领悟社会支持量表、心理资本问卷和主观幸福感量表进行调查,结果发现:(1)领悟社会支持能够正向预测主观幸福感;(2)心理资本能够正向预测主观幸福感;(3)领悟社会支持通过心理资本对主观幸福感产生影响,心理资本的中介效应显著。建议高职院校教育工作者给予高职生人文关怀,采取多种有效举措,帮助高职生提升领悟社会支持的能力,获得积极的心理能量,进而增进其幸福指数。
Taking higher vocational students as the research objects,the survey was conducted using the Perceived Social Support Scale,the Psychological Capital Questionnaire and the Subjective Well-being Scale.The results showed that:(1)the perception of social support can positively predict the subjective well-being;(2)psychological capital positively predicts subjective well-being;(3)perceived social support affects subjective well-being through psychological capital,and the mediating effect of psychological capital is significant.It is suggested that educators in higher vocational colleges should give humanistic care to higher vocational students,take a variety of effective measures,improve higher vocational students’ ability to understand social support,help higher vocational students obtain positive psychological energy,and increase their happiness index.
