摘要
为了筛选出适宜榆阳区生长的马铃薯品种,对陕西省榆阳区新引进的6个品种马铃薯进行相同条件的大田试验,对其块茎产量、品质和根层土壤养分含量进行测定,采用主成分和偏最小二乘回归进行分析,探究根层土壤养分与马铃薯块茎产量、品质的关系。结果表明:对于6个品种的马铃薯,其单株薯重、可溶性总糖、淀粉、粗蛋白质、维生素C含量、还原糖含量主要受到多种土壤养分成分的影响。其中丽薯7号马铃薯生态性适应强,适宜于榆阳区土质种植,其产量和品质的综合评价为6个品种马铃薯中最佳,建议在榆阳区推广种植。
In order to screen out the solanum tuberosum varieties suitable to grow in Yuyang district,field experiments under the same conditions were conducted for six varieties of S.tuberosum newly introduced in Yuyang district,Shaanxi province as the tuber yield,quality,and root layer soil nutrient content were measured.The PCR and PLSR motheds were used to explore the relationship between basic soil nutrients and S.tuberosum tuber yield and quality.The results show that for the six varieties of S.tuberosum,their single weight,soluble total sugar,starch,crude protein,vitamin C content,and reducing sugar content are mainly affected by a variety of soil nutrients.S.tuberosum Li Shu 7 has strong ecological adaptability and is suitable for growing in Yuyang district.The comprehensive evaluation of its yield and quality is the best among the six varieties,and is recommended to be promoted in Yuyang district.
