摘要
以笔者单位承建的大连某学校项目为背景,对丘陵地貌群体建筑的BIM技术应用进行研究。在丘陵地貌的地势复杂多变、土方挖填空间受限等不利条件下,通过使用BIM技术及相关的新技术进行配合,进行无人机倾斜摄影建模,进行土方优化、场地布置优化,并使用BIM技术数据模型对项目管线优化等的全过程管控,解决了项目难题,提高了项目实施的效率。
This paper takes the background of a school project in Dalian undertaken by our company to study the application of BIM technology for hilly geomorphological group buildings. Under the unfavorable strip line such as the complex and changeable terrain of the hilly landform and the limited space for excavation and filling,the oblique photography modeling of the UAV is carried out by using BIM technology and related new technologies,the optimization of earthwork and site layout is carried out,and the whole process of project pipeline optimization is controlled by using BIM technology data model,which solves the project problems and improves the efficiency of project implementation.
