装配式房屋建设质量影响因素分析与管理研究

Study on Influencing Factors and Management of Prefabricated House Construction Quality

我国建筑行业正处在施工技术转型的重要时期,为响应国家的“绿色、创新、开发、协调、共享”的建筑理念,各地积极发展装配式建筑模式。采用系统工程的研究思路,以装配式房屋的全过程施工作为考虑对象,充分研究了预制构件从生产到运输再到连接、房屋施工从设计到装配再到验收的整体流程,根据每个阶段的影响因素,采用WBS-RBS方法,建立装配式房屋施工质量评价指标体系,并提出各阶段对应的管理措施,为我国的装配式房屋施工质量管理,提供相关的理论依据和实践参考。

China’s construction industry is in an important period of construction technology transformation,in response to the national architectural concept of “green,innovation,development,coordination and sharing”,all localities actively develop the prefabricated building mode. This paper adopts the research idea of system engineering,takes the whole process construction of prefabricated house as the consideration object,fully studies the overall process of prefabricated components from production to transportation and then to connection,and house construction from design to assembly and then to acceptance. According to the influencing factors of each stage,WBS-RBS method is used to establish the construction quality evaluation index system of prefabricated house,the corresponding management measures at each stage are put forward to provide relevant theoretical basis and practical reference for the construction quality management of prefabricated houses in China.
