混凝土生产与施工的矛盾及解决建议

施工中混凝土可能出现很多问题并由此产生各种矛盾。通过对现行管理制度下混凝土生产、施工各个环节的分析,对混凝土施工中的问题和矛盾进行了总结。发现由混凝土生产企业负责生产成品混凝土,其后将成品混凝土运输至现场;由施工单位进行交货检查合格后,对混凝土进行施工、养护;在混凝土评定及混凝土强度实体检验完成后,混凝土分部分项中关于混凝土部分方才完整完成。因此生产与施工环节不统一是产生矛盾的关键。最后结合混凝土生产及施工的相关要求,给出了相应的处理建议。

There may be many problems and contradictions in concrete construction. In this paper,through the current management system,concrete production,construction of each link of analysis,to the concrete construction of the problems and contradictions were summarized. It was found that the concrete manufacturer was responsible for the production of finished concrete,and then the finished concrete was transported to the site. After passing the delivery inspection by the construction unit,the concrete shall be constructed and maintained. In the concrete assessment and concrete strength entity inspection is completed,concrete part in the concrete sub-items just complete. Therefore production and construction link is not unified is the key to produce contradictions. Finally,combined with the concrete production and construction of the relevant requirements,the corresponding treatment suggestions can effectively solve the problem.
