伴随着建筑行业高速发展的步伐,商品房热度居高不下,徐州市商品房交易价格持续上浮,“购房”一直是社会各界热议的话题,但如此高销量、好市场的房地产形势所衍生出的房屋质量问题,也一直困扰着业主。从住宅常见质量问题投诉的类型、疑点难点、处理困境等方面入手,通过细致分析、归纳总结、研究探索,得出在质量投诉中的方法建议,以更好地提高工程质量,减少质量投诉数量,增加社会认可度。

With the rapid development of the construction industry,the heat of commercial housing remains high,and the transaction price of commercial housing in Xuzhou continues to rise. "House purchase" has always been a hot topic in all sectors of society. However,the housing quality problems derived from the real estate situation with such high sales and good market have always plagued the owners. This paper starts with the types,doubtful points and difficulties and handling difficulties of common residential quality complaints,and obtains the method suggestions in the quality complaints through detailed analysis,induction and summary,research and exploration,so as to better improve the project quality,reduce the number of quality complaints and increase the social recognition.
