Design and Implementation of LDRP Delivery Room Based on Smart Home

目的探讨将智慧家居嵌入LDRP家庭化产房的可行性及有效性。方法通过总结LDRP家庭化产房的管理经验,解读国际助产理念,查阅多方资料,结合现代年轻人的使用习惯,在LDRP家庭化产房设置中加入智慧家居元素。结果分析LDRP家庭化产房设置中加入智慧家居元素的合理性和有效性,以及在使用过程中对孕产家庭、医护人员的实用性及便利性,进一步探讨将智慧家居嵌入LDRP家庭化产房的思路与意义。结论将智慧家居嵌入LDRP家庭化产房合理应用能够保障孕产妇的分娩护理服务,同时提供人文关怀,良好的分娩环境及标准化设置可使孕产妇有更美好的分娩体验。

Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of embedding smart home in LDRP delivery room.Methods Smart home elements were added to the LDRP delivery room by summarizing the management experience of LDRP delivery room,interpreting the concept of international midwifery,consulting various materials,and combining with the usage habits of modern young people.Results The rationality and effectiveness of adding smart home elements to LDRP delivery room were analyzed,as well as the practicability and convenience for maternity families and medical staff during the use process.The idea and meaning of embedding smart home in LDRP delivery room was further discussed.Conclusion The rational application of smart home embedded in the LDRP delivery room can improve the maternal delivery care,and provide humanistic care at the same time.A good delivery environment and standardized settings can enable pregnant women to have a better delivery experience.
