四色图风险分级方法在急诊二次分诊管理的实践与效果分析

Practice and Effect Analysis of Four-color Map Risk Grading Method in Emergency Secondary Triage Management

目的探究二次分诊联合四色图风险分级用于急诊候诊管理的价值。方法将2020年1月—2020年6月间医院实施常规急诊候诊管理设为管理前(n=125),将2020年7月—2020年12月间实施二次分诊联合四色图风险分级急诊候诊管理设为管理后(n=127),对比管理前后分诊效果、护理质量、患者满意度。结果管理后组分诊效果、护理质量、患者满意度均显著高于管理前组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论急诊候诊采用二次分诊联合四色图风险分级管理可有效提高分诊效果,改善护理质量,候诊满意度较高,值得推荐。

Objective To explore the value of secondary triage combined with four-color map risk grading in emergency waiting management.Methods The implementation of routine emergency waiting management in the hospital from January 2020 to June 2020 was set as the pre-management(n=125),and the implementation of secondary triage combined with fourcolor map risk grading in emergency waiting management from July 2020 to December 2020 was set as post-management(n=127),and the triage effect,nursing quality,and patient satisfaction were compared before and after management.Results The triage effect,nursing quality,and patient satisfaction in the post-management group were significantly higher than those in the pre-management group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The use of secondary triage combined with four-color map risk grading management in emergency waiting room can effectively improve the triage effect,improve the nursing quality,and have a high degree of satisfaction in waiting,which is worthy of recommendation.
