摘要
随着国际化进程的加快,医院的发展,医疗水平的提升离不开对外交流合作的深入开展。对外合作交流的重要工作之一就是外事接待工作,医院在外事接待工作之中不断积累经验,推进持续质量改进,做到外事工作人员规范化、外事接待流程标准化、各科室间配合合理化等,为“把医院建设成为百姓信赖、员工自豪、业界推崇的国内一流、国际影响力的临床研究型医院”积极努力。
With the acceleration of the internationalization process and hospital development, the improvement of medical level cannot be separated from the in-depth development of foreign exchanges and cooperation. One of the important tasks of foreign cooperation and exchanges is foreign affairs reception. The hospital continuously accumulated experience in foreign affairs reception work, promoted continuous quality improvement, and achieved standardization of foreign affairs staffs, standardization of foreign affairs reception procedures, and rationalization of cooperation among various departments. In order to "build the hospital into a domestic first-class and internationally influential clinical research hospital that is trusted by the people, taken pride by its employees and respected by the industry", the hospital has been actively working hard.
