摘要
多胺是一种普遍存在的必需脂肪族阳离子,对所有真核生物的生长、增殖、分化起着重要的作用。多胺代谢紊乱会对细胞生长造成严重的影响,靶向多胺代谢途径的关键酶成为治疗肿瘤的一个研究重点。酿酒酵母与哺乳动物在多胺调节方面存在一定的相似性,通过比对酿酒酵母与哺乳动物多胺调节的异同点,将有可能帮助我们更好地理解低等真核生物与高等真核生物的多胺调控差异。该文就酿酒酵母与哺乳动物的ODC1-OAZ1-AZIN1信号轴调控研究进展作一简要综述。
Polyamines are ubiquitous essential aliphatic cations playing important roles in the growth,proliferation and differentiation of all eukaryotic cells.The dysregulation of polyamine metabolism has a serious impact on cell growth.Targeting the key enzymes in the polyamine metabolic network has become an important research area for tumor treatment.Saccharomyces cerevisiae and mammalian have certain similarities in the regulation of polyamine metabolism.By comparing the similarities and differences of the polyamine metabolic networks of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae and mammalian cells,we would gain better understanding in the regulation mechanism of polyamine regulation in eukaryotes.This paper reviews the recent research progresses of the ODC-OAZ1-AZIN1 signal axis in mammalian and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
