摘要
随着低熔点聚酯纤维应用领域的拓展,下游用户对产品加工性能等提出更高的要求,目前中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司生产的低熔点聚酯产品主要有单组分和皮芯复合型两大类,主要产品的熔点为110~220℃,较具代表性的产品为110℃单组分低熔点聚酯和180℃皮芯复合型低熔点聚酯等。试验围绕110℃低熔点聚酯的工艺配方进行研究,选择其他合适的单体,对110℃有光低熔点聚酯进行进一步改性,改善其黏结性,并通过分析聚酯切片的熔点、结晶性能、流变性能和纤维力学性能等指标,为低熔点聚酯的规模化生产提供数据支撑。
With the expansion of the application field of low melting point polyester fiber,downstream users have put forward higher requirements for product processing performance.At present,the low melting point polyester products produced by SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.mainly include single-component and core-sheath composite.The main products have a melting point of 110-220℃.The more representative products are 110℃single-component low-melting polyester and 180℃core-sheath composite low-melting polyester.The experiment focuses on the research on the process formula of the 110℃single-component low-melting polyester.Other suitable monomers are selected to further modify the 110℃single-component bright low-melting polyester to improve its adhesion.The melting point,crystallization properties,rheological properties and fiber mechanical properties of the polyester chips are analyzed to provide data support for the large-scale production of low-melting point polyester.
