摘要
以聚乙烯管材料为研究对象,研究了用微波马弗炉法测定聚乙烯中炭黑质量分数的可行性,探讨了气体性质、热解时间和热解温度对测试结果的影响,同时将微波马弗炉法与传统管式炉法的测试结果进行比较和评价。结果表明:微波马弗炉法可以替代管式炉法测定聚乙烯中炭黑质量分数,且具有一定的优越性,可有效提高工作效率和测试精密度,降低分析成本。
The feasibility of determination of carbon black content in polyethylene(PE)with microwave digestion method was studied with PE pipe material as the research object.The effect of gas properties,pyrolysis temperature,and pyrolysis time on the testing results was studied.In addition,the determination results of microwave digestion method and traditional tube furnace method were compared and evaluated.The results show that,the microwave digestion method can substitute for tube furnace method to determine carbon black content in PE,and has certain advantages in improvement of work efficiency and testing precision and reduction of analysis cost.
