摘要
某炼厂焦化液化气脱硫醇装置采用深度脱硫工艺技术进行适应性改造。自改造后投产运行以来,精制液化气产品质量指标满足设计要求,精制液化气中总硫质量浓度小于40 mg/m^(3),硫醇质量浓度小于10 mg/m^(3),铜片腐蚀不大于1级。此外氧化再生塔可实现常温再生,同时大幅降低了装置外排碱渣量,为企业降低了运行成本。
The deep desulfurization technology was adopted in the desulfurization unit of coking liquefied gas in a refinery.Since it was put into operation after reconstruction,the quality indicators of the refined liquefied gas products has met the design requirements:the total sulfur mass concentration in the refined liquefied gas is less than 40 mg/m^(3),the mercaptan mass concentration is less than 10 mg/m^(3),and the copper strip corrosion is no more than grade 1.In addition,the oxidation regeneration tower can realize normal temperature regeneration,meanwhile the amount of alkali residue discharged from the device are greatly reduced,which reduces the operating cost of the enterprise.
