高压加氢裂化装置反应流出物系统堵塞原因分析

摘要 某高压加氢裂化装置大修后运行一年左右,循环氢压缩机流量有波动现象。根据装置反应流出物系统换热工艺流程,结合反应系统温度、高压空冷运行工况、运行期间原料中杂质情况,按照结晶温度计算公式,计算了氯化铵和硫氢化铵结晶温度,确定了铵盐沉积部位,找出造成循环氢压缩机流量波动的原因即反应流出物系统铵盐结晶堵塞。 The flow fluctuation of the circulating hydrogen compressor of a high-pressure hydrocracking unit began to occur one year after the overhaul.According to the heat exchange process flow of the reaction effluent system of the unit,combined with the temperature of the reaction system,the operating conditions of high pressure air cooling,and the impurities in the raw materials during operation,the crystallization temperature of ammonium chloride and ammonium hydrosulfide was calculated according to the calculation formula of crystallization temperature,and the deposition site of ammonium chloride and ammonium hydrosulfide were determined.The cause of the flow fluctuation of the circulating hydrogen compressor was determined to be the blockage of ammonium salt crystals in the reaction effluent system.
