摘要
目的:探讨、分析6周加压抗阻训练对大学生男子网球运动员上下肢、核心肌群最大力量和专项灵敏素质的影响。方法:将20名运动员随机分成加压组和对照组,两组各10人,分别进行深蹲、硬拉、卧推、斜上举、下蹲跳和侧抛实心球练习,加压组在进行深蹲和卧推练习时采用30%1RM低强度加压练习,对照组则采用70%1RM传统高强度练习,每周一和周四进行训练共2次。比较训练前6周训练后运动员最大力量和专项灵敏素质指标的变化情况。结果:(1)6周训练后,加压组深蹲、卧推和硬拉最大力量明显增加(P<0.05),对照组卧推最大力量也明显增加(P<0.05)。另外,加压组核心区肌群屈曲、伸展、左右侧屈和左右旋转最大力量明显增加,且加压组屈曲和向右旋转最大力量在训练后显著大于对照组。(2)6周训练后,加压组场上变向移动、六边形跳和10m加速跑用时显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论:6周、每周2次的上下肢结合加压抗阻训练计划相比于传统训练而言,对网球运动员卧推最大力量和六边形跳用时的影响效果相当,并在增加深蹲和硬拉最大力量以及核心区肌群最大力量,缩短场上变向移动和10m加速跑用时方面优于传统训练。
Objective:To explore the effect 6 weeks KAATSU Training on maximum strength and special agility of college student tennis players.Method:Randomly divided into the KAATSU group and contrast group,10 players in two group.The players in two group completed squat,hard pull,bench press,oblique lift,countermovement jump,and side throw medicine ball,the players in KAATSU group were trained with 30%1RM low-intensity training method,and contrast group were trained with 70%1RM traditional high-intensity in preform the squat and bench press.Before after 6 weeks training,the maximal strength and special agility index were compared.Result:(1)After 6 weeks,the maximal strength of squat,bench press and hard pull of KAATSU group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the maximal strength of bench press of contrast group was significantly increased(P<0.05),Moreover,the flexion,extension,lateral flexion and rotation to left and right was significantly increased(P<0.05),and flexion and rotation to right of KAATSU was greater than contrast group after training;(2)After 6 weeks,the time of direct change movement on the court,hexagon jump,10m sprint was significantly shorten(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of 6 weeks,2 times per week KAATSU resistance training program on the maximal strength of bench press and hexagon jump of male tennis players is similar to that of traditional training,while the effect on increasing the maximal strength of squat,hard pull and core muscle group,shorting the time of direct change movement on the court and 10m sprint are better than of traditional training.
