近年来成都地区基坑安全现状的几个典型问题探讨

Discussion on Several Typical Problems of Safety Situation of Foundation Pit in the Chengdu Area in Recent Years

近年来,随着城市化进程的快速推进,地下空间得到了极大的利用,基坑周边环境变得更复杂。结合近两年来60余个基坑项目的检查情况,在分析相关文献资料的基础上,归纳和探讨了近年来基坑支护的几个典型问题,即基坑边坡滑移、基坑侧壁渗水、基坑流沙和涌水,探讨结果有利于提高深基坑整体安全水平,为工程提供一些参考价值。

The environment around foundation pits has become more complex due to great use of underground space with the rapid progress of urbanization in the Chengdu area in recent years. This paper has a discussion on several typical problems of safety situation of foundation pits in the Chengdu area such as slope slipping of foundation pits, seepage of side wall of foundation pits, quicksand and water gushing in foundation pits based on inspection of more than 60 foundation pit projects over the past two years.
