SLM 3D打印钛网表面聚氨酯涂层的涂覆及表面性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的采用聚氨酯电泳涂装方法对激光选区熔融(Selective laser melting,SLM)3D打印Ti6Al4V钛网进行表面处理,以获得表面相对平滑、无金属粉末、凸峰的钛网,并探究其表面性能。方法实验分组为A组:常规处理;B1组:SiO_(2)喷砂;B2组:Al_(2)O_(3)喷砂;C1组:SiO_(2)喷砂+酸处理;C2组:Al_(2)O_(3)喷砂+酸处理;D1组:聚氨酯涂层40 V;D2组:聚氨酯涂层60 V;D3组:聚氨酯涂层80 V。对各组试件表面形貌进行观察,并对其粗糙度、接触角、涂层厚度等进行检测。结果聚氨酯涂层组各方面表面性能显著优于其他表面处理组(P<0.001)。15~20μm厚度的聚氨酯涂层表面无金属粉末,暴露的凸峰相对最少。结论经聚氨酯涂层的SLM 3D打印钛网表面高度平滑、疏水,无金属粉末、喷砂引入的杂质存在,涂层无异氰酸酯单体存在,有望降低SLM 3D打印钛网对附着龈的刺激,降低术后感染发生,提高了植入体内的安全程度。 Objective The surface of laser selective melting was treated by the polyurethane electrophoretic coating method.The better effects of titanium surface pretreatment technologies should include the following aspects,the surface is flat,few metal-dust,and the peaks of the blasted surface were found on the surface.Methods Experimental group,Group A:Normal processing;Group B1:SiO_(2) sandblasting;Group B2:Al_(2)O_(3) sandblasting;Group C1:SiO_(2) sandblasting and acid etching;Group C2:Al_(2)O_(3) sandblasting and acid etching;Group D1:Polyurethane coating(40V);Group D2:Polyurethane coating(60V);Group D3:Polyurethane coating(80V).The surface morphology of each specimen was observed.And its roughness,contact Angle,coating thickness were tested by relevant methods.Results The effect of the polyurethane coating group was significantly better than other surface treatment groups(P<0.001).There is nearly no metal powder on the surface of polyurethane coating with a thickness of 15-20μm,the quantity of exposed peaks of the blasted surface is decreased.Conclusion The method of polyurethane electrophoretic coating could make the surface of SLM 3D printing titanium mesh more flat and hydrophobic,nearly a few metal-dust and foreign matter were found on the surface,and no Isocyanate monomer was present in the materials.It is expected to reduce the stimulation of gingival soft tissue and prevent the postoperative infection caused by SLM 3D printed titanium mesh.It's safer to Implant into the alveolar bone.
