超高层屋面吊安拆作业安全监管手段研究

Research on Safety Supervision Means of Installation and Demolition of Super High-rise Roof Crane

随着城市高速发展,土地资源日益稀缺,超高层建筑不断增多,而塔吊已成为超高层建筑物起重吊装的主要工具。工程主体结构结束后如何加强拆除屋面吊的安全管理已成为监管单位所面临的重大课题。本文以某市超高层甲级写字楼工程的屋面吊装拆为例,梳理屋面吊装拆的重点难点,提出装拆施工方案认证确认的逻辑模型和安全管理体系结构模型,以及装拆流程模型。作为监管单位提出了五条安全监管措施,以探索今后的监管工作。

With the rapid development of the city,land resources are increasingly scarce,the number of super high-rise buildings is increasing,and the tower crane has become the main lifting tool of super buildings.After the completion of the main structure of the project,how to strengthen the safety management of the roof crane has become a major issue faced by the supervision unit.Taking the roof installation and demolition of super high-rise class A office building project as an example,this paper combs the key and difficult points of roof installation and demolition,and puts forward the logical model for the certification and confirmation of the installation and demolition construction scheme,the safety management system structure model,and the assembly and demolition process model.As a supervision unit,it puts forward five safety supervision measures to make a preliminary discussion for the future supervision work.
