高职院校高水平专业群建设绩效评价的隐忧与超越

摘要 绩效评价是高职院校高水平专业群建设的重要一环。高职院校高水平专业群建设绩效评价既依靠先进的评价技术手段又需要尊重自身的发展规律。绩效评价的确能够起到激励和导向作用,但真正高水平专业群绝不全是绩效评价评出来的,要排除对高水平专业群建设绩效评价的数字迷思、指标主义和治理工具依赖的隐忧,需尊重专业群自身特色和发展差异,还原评价数字本真,优化评价指标体系,实行多元评价主体参与,确保评价是促进而不是妨碍高水平专业群的发展。 Performance evaluation is an important part of the construction of high level specialty group in higher vocational colleges.The performance evaluation of high-level professional group construction in higher vocational colleges not only depends on advanced evaluation techniques but also needs to respect its own development law.Performance evaluation can indeed play an incentive and guiding role,but the really high-level specialty group is by no means assessed through performance evaluation.Therefore,we should eliminate the number myth,indexism and dependence on governance tools for performance evaluation of high-level specialty group construction.Besides,we need to respect the characteristics and development differences of specialty groups,restore the authenticity of evaluation numbers,optimize the evaluation index system,and implement the participation of multiple evaluation subjects specialty and ensures that evaluation promotes rather than hinders the development of high-level specialty group.
