多种方法鉴定分析一次性使用口罩中金黄色葡萄球菌

Multiple Methods Used to Identify and Analyze Staphylococcus Aureus in Disposable Sanitary Product Masks

为提高一次性使用口罩中金黄色葡萄球菌检测的准确性及效率,本实验室首先按照国家标准对一次性使用口罩中金黄色葡萄球菌进行检测,随后采用多种方法进行鉴定。结果表明,生化鉴定、VITEK 2鉴定、VITEK MS鉴定以及PCR结果均一致,但鉴定效率和时限有一定差异。此外,本实验针对一次性使用卫生用品中金黄色葡萄球菌检验流程、分离鉴定中易出现的问题进行分析,提出操作过程中的控制措施和改进建议,以期为提高检验人员的检测能力,提升实验室检测水平提供一定帮助。

In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of staphylococcus aureus detection in disposable masks,the laboratory used national standard method to detect staphylococcus aureus in disposable masks,and then identified it by various methods.The results showed that biochemical identification,VITEK 2 identification,VITEK MS identification and PCR results were consistent,but the identification efficiency and time was different.In addition,by analyzing the testing results of staphylococcus aureus in disposable sanitary products and the problems that are prone to occur in the process,this paper puts forward the control measures and improvement suggestions in the testing process with the aim of enhancing both the testing ability of inspectors and the level of laboratory testing.
