摘要
近红外光谱法测定纺织品纤维含量是近年来发展快速、无损、便捷的新型方法。然而该方法目前仍存在定量模型无法统一或互通的问题,容易出现实验室间差异。为检验检测结果一致性,查找实验室间差异原因,共15家实验室参与15份样品的实验室间比对试验,样品涉及棉/氨纶、聚酯纤维/氨纶、棉/聚酯纤维、锦纶/氨纶、棉/聚酯纤维/氨纶5大类别。实验室间比对结果反映出少数参试实验室所建近红外模型预测结果不理想,本文针对这一情况提出改进建议。
The newly-developed near-infrared(NIR)spectroscopic techniques for determining fiber contents in textiles is a fast,non-destructive and convenient method.However,the NIR quantitative models between laboratories still cannot be unified or interoperated,which leads to inter-laboratory variation.To check the consistency of the test results and find out the cause for inter-laboratory variation,15 laboratories participated in the inter-laboratory result comparison of 15 different test samples.The samples involved 5categories including cotton/spandex,polyester fiber/spandex,cotton/polyester fiber,nylon/spandex,and cotton/polyester fiber/spandex.The inter-laboratory comparison results reflected that the near-infrared model prediction results of a few candidate laboratories were unsatisfactory.According to these results,this paper proposed several suggestions to improve the quantitative analysis accuracy.
