摘要
本研究使用高效液相色谱-质谱联用法(HPLC-MS)测定包书皮中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DEHP),并对提取塑料包书皮中的邻苯二甲酸酯类物质(PAEs)的超声提取条件进行了优化,包括提取溶剂、超声时间、样品质量和溶剂体积比。超声提取法条件优化为提取溶剂选择正己烷-丙酮-甲醇混合溶液(v/v/v,1:2:1),超声时间为50 min,样品质量0.1 g,溶剂10 mL。结果表明,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)在0.01~1 mg/L线性关系良好,决定系数R^(2)=0.9903;邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DEHP)在0.01~1 mg/L线性关系良好,决定系数R^(2)=0.9828。该方法实现了对包书皮中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DEHP)简便、高效、灵敏的测定。
In this study, the conditions of ultrasonic extraction of phthalate esters from plastic book covers were optimized by the contrast method, including extraction solvent, ultrasonic time, sample mass and solvent volume ratio, which effectively enhanced the extraction effect. The optimum extraction conditions were: 0.1 g plastic cover ultrasonicated in 10 mL n-hexanemethanol(1:2:1)for 50 min. The linear range of DBP was 0.01-1 mg/L with R^(2)= 0.9903, and the linear range of DEHP was 0.01-1 mg/L with R^(2)=0.9828. The HPLC-MS method was used to realize the simple, efficient and sensitive determination of phthalate esters.
