The Influencing Factors of User Knowledge Interaction Behavior in Social Question and Answer Communities

【目的/意义】解析社会化问答社区用户知识交互过程,识别用户交互过程中的关键影响因素,为管理者优化用户体验,提高社区知识服务水平提供参考。【方法/过程】本文基于社会化问答社区信息生态链模型,利用问卷调查法和访谈法,从交互主体、交互内容、交互平台以及交互环境四个维度构建了用户知识交互行为影响因素体系,并运用DEMATEL方法对关键影响因素进行识别。【结果/结论】根据各因素的关联作用分析,表明了体验感知、社区氛围、自我效能、价值认知、知识质量是社会化问答社区用户知识交互行为的关键影响因素,并据此为社区发展提出了相关建议。【创新/局限】本文利用DEMATEL方法系统全面地分析了社会化问答社区知识交互行为影响因素间的相互作用,揭示了影响用户知识交互行为的关键影响因素,为社区发展提出了相关建议。但研究数据存在主观性,且缺乏实例验证。

【Purpose/significance】This paper analyzes the user knowledge interaction process in social Q&A communities and identify the key influencing factors in the user interaction process,in order to provide references for managers to optimize user experience and improve knowledge service levels.【Method/process】Based on the information ecological chain model of the social question and answer community,this paper uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to construct a system of influencing factors of user knowledge interaction behavior from the four dimensions of interaction subject,interaction content,interaction platform and interaction environment,and uses the DEMATEL method to identity the key factors.【Result/conclusion】According to the analysis of the correlation of various factors,it is shown that experience perception,community atmosphere,self-efficacy,value cognition,and knowledge quality are the key influencing factors of the user’s knowledge interaction behavior in the social Q&A community.Based on this,relevant suggestions on promoting community development were put forward.【Innovation/limitation】By using the DEMATEL method to systematically analyze the interaction between influencing factors of the knowledge interaction behavior in social Q&A communities,this paper explores the key factors and put forward relevant suggestions for community development.But there are flaws in that the research data is subjective and lacks practical verification.
