城市群人口-土地城镇化时空分异特征及影响机制——以哈长-辽中南为例

Temporal and Spatial Differentiation Characteristics and Influence Mechanism of Population-land Urbanization in Urban Agglomerations——A Case Study of Harbin-Changchun-the Mid-southern Liaoning

采用2000-2020年哈长-辽中南城市群的DMSP、VIIRS夜间影像与城市统计数据,利用人口-土地城镇化相关模型,分析其人地时空特征,揭示了扩张路径和影响机制。结果表明:城市群人口聚集效应持续增强,表现出城市集群组团式发展;城市群异速生长系数呈现出显著的区域聚集现象,总体上呈现南部低,北部高的态势;人地协调系数从低到高的区县数量递减,呈现出明显的金字塔结构,且大多数区县的人地关系处于不协调状态;城市群城镇化影响因素整体上以经济发展因素为主,其次是政府决策因素及社会环境因素,经济发展因素持续上升,而政府决策因素呈现下降趋势,社会环境因素具有一定的影响力。研究可以对城市群协同精细化发展的规划与决策提供一定参考。

Based on DMSP,VIIRS night images and urban statistical data of Harchang-central and southern Liaoning urban agglomeration from 2000 to 2020,this paper analyzes the spatiotemporal characteristics of population and land urbanization, and reveals the expansion path and influence mechanism.The results show that: the population aggregation effect of urban agglome-ration continues to strengthen, showing the cluster-type development of urban clusters;the allometric growth coefficient of the urban agglomeration showed a significant regional aggregation phenomenon, which was generally lower in the south and higher in the north;the number of counties with human-land coordination coefficient decreases from low to high, showing an obvious pyramid structure,and the human-land relationship in most counties is in a state of disharmony;on the whole,the influencing factors of urban agglomeration urbanization are mainly economic development factors,followed by government decision-making factors and social environment factors. Economic development factors continue to rise,while government decision-making factors show a downward trend,and social environment factors have a certain influence. The research can provide some reference for planning and decision-making of coordinated and refined development of urban agglomeration.
