针刺治疗紧张性头痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Tension-type Headache

目的观察针刺法治疗紧张性头痛临床疗效。方法将80例患者按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组40例,试验组采用针刺法治疗,对照组采用西药及静养、心理、运动基础方案治疗。结果试验组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率75.0%,试验组头痛缓解程度明显优于对照组,2组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),肝郁气滞、脾虚痰湿组针刺后缓解程度高于肝肾阴虚组。结论针刺治疗紧张性头痛具有很好的临床效果,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of tension-type headache.Methods 80patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,rest,psychology and exercise.Results The total effective rate was 90.0%in the experimental group and 75.0%in the control group.The relief degree of headache in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief degree of liver qi stagnation,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness group after acupuncture was higher than that of liver and kidney yin deficiency.Conclusion Acupuncture in the treatment of tension-type headache has better curative effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
