基于CiteSpace对陈无择《三因极一病证方论》研究现状可视化分析与探讨

Visual Analysis and Discussion on the Research Status of Sanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun by Chen Wuze Based on CiteSpace

目的通过文献检索,梳理目前陈无择《三因极一病证方论》的研究现状、研究热点,以期为进一步针对该书相关理论内容研究提供参考。方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库从建库至2021年10月《三因极一病证方论》研究的相关文献,应用CiteSpace 5.8软件对文献作者、机构、关键词绘制知识图谱并进行可视化分析。结果最终纳入文献115篇,近10年发文量呈上升趋势,顾植山、陶国水、陈冰俊、陆曙等4位作者合作较为紧密,研究主题相近,发文机构共105个,未形成具有凝聚力的研究群体;关键词共241个,其聚类结果显示,温胆汤、五运六气、验案、临床应用中心性高,是《三因极一病证方论》研究网络中的重要节点,温胆汤和五运六气聚类下相关研究较多,温胆汤与各聚类间有所联系,五运六气方突出强度高。结论运用科学知识图谱直观展现《三因极一病证方论》研究热点、研究发展,自1981年开始对《三因极一病证方论》的相关研究一直保持一定的热度,尤其温胆汤、五运六气理论对后世影响大,该书从病名的考证、方剂的衍化等方面提供了参考,为后续进一步围绕《三因极一病证方论》的相关研究提供借鉴。

Objective By searching the literature,carding the current research status and research hotspots aboutSanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lunby Chen Wuze,in order to provide reference for further research on the relevant theoretical content ofSanyin Fang.Methods Searching the relevant literature ofSanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lunin the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database,the retrieval date is from the establishment of the database to October 2021,and draw the knowledge map of literature authors,institutions and keywords with CiteSpace 5.8 software for visual analysis.Results There were 115 articles,and the number of articles published in recent 10 years showed an upward trend.Gu Zhishan,Tao Guoshui,Chen Bingjun and Lu Shu cooperated closely,and their research topics were similar,there were 105 publishing institutions,and no cohesive research group was formed.There are 241 keywords in total.The clustering results showed that Wendan decoction,five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,proved cases and clinical application are highly centralized,and they are important nodes in the research network ofSanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun.There are many related studies under the clustering of Wendan decoction and five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,Wendan decoction is related to each cluster,and five evolutive phases and six climatic factors has high outburst strength.Conclusion The atlas of scientific knowledge is used to intuitively show the research hotspots and research development ofSanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun.Since 1981,the relevant research onSanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lunhas maintained a certain heat,especially the Wendan decoction and five evolutive phases and six climatic factors have a great impact.The book provides reference from the textual research of disease names and the evolution of prescriptions,so as to provide reference for follow-up research.
