补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗中风偏瘫临床观察

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Hcy,CRP,Neurological Function and Daily Living Ability of Patients with Apoplexy Hemiplegia

目的 评价分析补阳还五汤联合针刺对中风偏瘫患者Hcy、CRP和神经功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法 择取2020年4月—2021年3月接收的中风偏瘫患者66例为研究对象,通过抽签法分为参照组33例施以常规西医治疗,联合组33例在参照组基础上施以补阳还五汤加减联合针刺治疗。对比2组治疗前和治疗1、2、3个月后血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平、神经功能、日常生活能力和中医证候积分改善情况以及总体疗效。结果 2组治疗前Hcy和CRP水平、NIHSS和ADL评分及中医证候积分等对比,P> 0.05;治疗1、2、3个月后,联合组Hcy和CPR水平、NIHSS评分及中医证候积分均明显低于参照组,ADL评分明显高于参照组;总体疗效30.91%明显高于参照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在中风偏瘫的治疗中施以补阳还五汤加减联合针刺疗效确切,有利于减轻或消除炎症反应,促进神经功能恢复,改善病患临床症状,提升其日常生活能力和总体疗效,值得临床大量推广应用。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture on Hcy, CRP,neurological function and daily living ability of patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods Sixty-six patients with apoplexy hemiplegia who were admitted from April 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects. By drawing lot, 33 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine, and 33 patients in the combined group were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group. Serum homocysteine(Hcy) and C-reactive protein(CRP) levels, neurological function,daily living ability and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores as well as the overall efficacy were compared before treatment and 1, 2 and 3 months after treatment.Results The levels of Hcy and CPR, NIHSS and ADL scores and TCM syndrome scores in each group before treatment were compared(P> 0. 05). After 1, 2 and 3 months of treatment, the levels of Hcy and CRP, NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the conrol group, and the ADL score was significantly higher than that in the control group. The overall curative effect(30. 91%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(66. 67%)(P<0. 05).Conclusion In the treatment of stroke hemiplegia, the combination of Buyang Huanwu decoction with acupuncture and moxibustion has a definite effect, which is beneficial to reduce or eliminate inflammatory reaction, promote neurological recovery, improve clinical symptoms of patients, enhance their daily living ability and overall efficacy, and is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and application.
