摘要
文章从总体要求、主要技术参数、基本结构、特性曲线、设计难点、关键技术、性能试验验证、运行考核等方面对CR300AF标准动车组牵引电机的研发情况进行了介绍。为解决既有产品在线运行故障,该牵引电机设计时对电机绝缘和转子结构进行了可靠性提升优化设计。试验验证与运用考核表明,该电机符合相关标准和规范要求。
This paper presents the development of CR300AF standard EMU traction motor from the aspects of overall requirements,main technical parameters,basic structure,characteristic curves,design difficulties,key technologies,performance test verification and operation assessment.In order to solve the on-line operation fault of existing products,the reliability improvement optimization design of motor insulation and rotor structure is carried out in the design of the traction motor.The test verification and application examination show that the motor meets the requirements of relevant standards and specifications.
