摘要
文章以机车用制动夹钳单元为原型,采用模块化设计与适应性改进设计相结合的方法,针对性地设计了一种适用于120 km/h速度等级电力蓄电池工程车的制动夹钳单元,并从总体设计、参数设计、运动干涉与强度校核、试验验证等方面进行了详细阐述。试验证明,该制动夹钳单元各项性能均满足设计运用要求。
Taking the brake clamp unit for locomotive as a prototype,this paper designs a brake clamp unit suitable for 120 km/h speed grade battery electric locomotive with combination of modular design and adaptive improvement design,and expounds it in detail from the aspects of overall design,parameter design,motion interference and strength verification,test verification and so on.The test proves that each performance of the brake clamp unit meets the design and application requirements.
