摘要
针对机车制动控制器中单独制动鼓轮的加工要求,文章指出采用传统加工工艺存在流程长、精度难以保证等问题,提出采用车铣复合加工工艺并进行研究和改进。试加工结果表明:车铣复合加工工艺可缩短单独制动鼓轮的加工流程,提高加工精度和加工效率。
Aiming at the machining requirements of separate brake drum in locomotive brake controller,the paper expounds the problems of traditional machining process such as the process is lengthy and accuracy is difficult to control.The application of turn-milling machining process is studied,and the test processing proves that the turn-milling machining process can shorten process flow of separate brake drum and improve machining accuracy and efficiency.
